About Snowik Limited: We are property Maintenance Company providing reactive property maintenance and building services to the domestic and commercial sector in Central London, Surrey, and Greater London area. We are an open office with a friendly and supporting team who are always happy to work together and help each other.

We are providing top quality building service for over 20 years. 

We are looking for a skilled tradesman to join our team, with an immediate start!

We are looking for skilled Engineers with quality workmanship and passion for their work.

We currently have many vacancies for Engineers:

• Maintenance Engineer (''Zlota Raczka'')

• Gas Engineer – You must be Gas Safe Registered

• Skilled Roofer – Knowledge of Lead work and Flashing

• Electrician – Must be 18th Edition qualified

• Plumber – Knowledge of UK standards

• Bathroom Fitter – Good if you know Tiling

• Free weekends and bank holidays (but you can work on Saturday if you would like to)

Before you are applying:

• Must have a full UK driving license, understanding London roads & parking restrictions

• Must speaking English (writing and reading is very welcome)

• Must have CIS, UTR, and NI number

• You are punctual, trustworthy, and responsible worker

• Must know UK materials and building standards

Additional information:

• Expected start date: immediate start available

• Salary: £800 - £1200 per week – negotiable; subject to the experience

• Emergency Bonus Jobs + Saturday work
